Frank, Monique, Jules, Dorothy, Lynn, and Tom

Frank started working for the Alameda County Sheriff's department in 1933. He rose through the ranks and publicly ran for the Sheriff of Alameda County in 1961.  He won the election and served as the Sheriff of Alameda County from 1962 to 1975, when he retired.  Frank had a total of 42 years in law enforcement.
