Gen 4: The Maggie & Brian Kellys

August 2001 Bios

	Margaret (Maggie) (Kempkey) Kelly, born 11-18-50 in Marysville, CA. She moved to Napa in 1954. She attended Napa schools and was the first woman graduate of St. Mary's College in Moraga in 1971. She taught school for 30 years (with some break for having 3 girls). She currently teaches an opportunity class (for troubled kids) at Silverado Middle School, in her Father's old classroom. She is an avid gardner, seamstress, and cook. She has made for a fabulous wife and mother. [vignette courtesy of husband, Brian Kelly - Aug 2001]
	Brian Kelly, born 5-18-50 (6 months earlier to the day before Maggie), came to California in 1970, while attending school. He received an MBA degree from UC Berkeley. He has spent 30 years in banking until selling the bank this year. He is currently on sabbatical to catch up with projects at home, and is taking coursework to update his MBA. He is currently consulting.
	Kathleen Anne Kelly, born 5-5-78. Kathleen graduated from UC Berkeley in Poli Sci in May 2000. She is currently a second year law student at Boalt school of Law – UC Berkeley. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian (was a page in Congress in high school).
	Margaret A. (Megan) Kelly, born 12-25-79. Megan graduated (Poli Sci major) UC Berkeley 5/2001. She is currently studying Spanish in Madrid for a year. She is a D Pi Sorority sister.
	Jenifer A. Kelly, born 4-30-81. Jenifer is a third year Poli Sci major at UCLA. She is semi-fluent in Spanish and Italian.

Maggie & Brian were married 6-25-77 at St. John the Baptist church in Napa – reception at Silverado Country club. Kathleen born 5-5-78; Megan 12-25-79 (Christmas baby – any others?); and Jenifer 4-30-81 - - all three at Alta Bates hospital in Berkeley – we were living in Piedmont at the time.

The Kelly's have moved back into Maggie's parents home in June 1998.
