Rick majored in architectural engineering and graduated from San Luis Obispo, CA. Rick and Julie Lozano met while attending Wilson High School in Long Beach. They were married August 13, 1988 in Long Beach, CA. They have two children, Kelsey Michelle Beall, born April 1, 1990 in Long Beach, CA. and Madison Alexis Beall, born September 30, 1992. Julie, Rick’s wife, graduated from UCLA, and is presently Vice President of Alcone Marketing Advertising Firm in Irvine, CA. Currently, Rick is a structural engineer for the firm of Myers Houghton & Partners in Long Beach, CA. They reside at 5561 El Jardin, Long Beach, CA.
